3. use and application of VOMO products

All VOMO products are designed and manufactured for indoor use only. VOMO disclaims any defect liability for outdoor use or improper storage with excessive moisture or waterlogging.

4. Storage of VOMO products

5. Intellectual property rights

VOMO reserves at all times all industrial and intellectual property rights relating to the goods supplied and the sale of such goods can never result in the transfer of any industrial or intellectual property right. The customer undertakes not to remove or render invisible VOMO's trademarks and labels and/or other signs that in any way refer to VOMO and/or its goods and/or services from the goods supplied. The customer undertakes not to infringe VOMO's industrial and intellectual property rights and to immediately report any infringements by third parties to VOMO in writing. Should a third party claim that the goods and/or services constitute an infringement of its rights, the customer undertakes to inform VOMO immediately in writing.

6 Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions or parts thereof be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
